【Introduction】   It is a polysaccharide biochemical extracted from the porcine intestinal mucosa which is called “heparin sodium” because it usually exists in the form of sodium salt. Heparin has strong anticoagulant and antithrombotic functions. It is mainly used for the anticoagulation and antithrombosis treatment in clinical practice; also, it is the raw material for the production of low molecular heparin and other drugs.
